About Evgeniya
After spending a decade touring and performing ballet on stages across the globe, I discovered the benefits of yoga and experienced a significant improvement in my ballet practice. This realization inspired me to pursue a RYT200 Yoga Instructor certification, with the aim of sharing the wisdom of yoga and positively impacting the lives of others, just as it did mine. Yoga is much more than just physical exercise; it encompasses mental wellness, lifestyle choices, and a personal path. It can serve as a starting point for your spiritual journey, helping you connect with your inner self. As a guide, I am always available to assist you in your journey.

Teaching yoga is my passion, and I absolutely love Vinyasa Flow. It's a yoga style that connects your breath with fluid movements, almost like a dance. We'll move through a sequence of different yoga poses (Asanas) that flow seamlessly together. It's all about controlling your breath, which guides the timing and coordination of each movement. And as a former ballet dancer, I love adding music and rhythm to my Yoga Flows. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, I'm here to guide you through your practice and help you achieve your goals. Let's flow together!

Perfect! Evgeniya was so accommodating, patient and kind. She guided me through a session and I felt relaxed and also like I did a workout at the same time. Don't miss out!

- I've noticed significant progress in Stephen's yoga and Pilates practice. He has improved his flexibility and balance through yoga, and Pilates has helped him strengthen his core muscles and improve his posture. It's always inspiring to see students make such strides in their practice, and I look forward to continuing to support Stephen's growth!Evgeniya's response :
Perfect! Communication with Evgeniya was quick and easy, and she was able to adjust our lessons when it became clear we needed something a little less strenuous :D
- Seth and Terry are very comfortable and easy to work with. Easy scheduling our lessons and spending time with them . highly recommendedEvgeniya's response :
Perfect! Evgeniya has made our introduction to yoga smoother than expected. We enjoy the lessons as her instructions are also easy to follow along with her positive attitude.
Perfect! Evgeniya will not let you down if you want to relax your body and mind via practicing yoga. I only regret that I did not meet her earlier. Currently seeing Evgeniya twice a week and that already helps me to increase the flexibility and improve body posture.
