About Auzelia
You are dealing with a former champion in my region in the shot put! I was 10 years old that count?

Bac + 5, I graduated from 5 diplomas in the sports field (MASTER and LICENSE STAPS , BPJEPS, DEUG AGAPSC, LICENSE ZUMBA), I would be able to bring you to your objectives as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
I have a very broad background through art (comedy ), sport, education, and animation with a large audience (children, teenagers, adults, seniors)
I am a VERY cheerful, active person who likes to use humor and kindness to put my clients at ease.
Respect, listening and motivation are my priorities. The competence and effectiveness of my exercises follow for a magical rendering on your goals!
I work in schools (nursery, primary, colleges, high schools, associations clubs for about 10 years now) I update me on practices to stay alert to changes and adapt my session content. Currently I am a GRS (Rhythmic and Sports Gymnastics) teacher in the Hérault in addition to being an actress next door.
Also, you will understand that food plays a role in physical condition but that the word PRIVATION does not not part of my language!

I give classes in STEP, LIA, personalized Fitness Coaching, Zumba, Jogging, and other surprises. Classes can be done outdoors or indoors to vary the exercises and increase your motivation.
I make sure to keep my fun sessions funny so that the session is a real pleasure while keeping the fishing to always go further. You will be surprised to see how far your body can take you!
