About Regina
Hi, I’m Regina! I hold a degree in English and Psychology and have a deep passion for literature, creative writing, and helping others discover the power of their own voice. I believe that language is more than just a tool for communication—it’s a way to express identity, emotion, imagination, and ideas. That’s why my approach to teaching is student-centered, collaborative, and interactive. I take time to understand each student’s goals, interests, and challenges so we can build lessons that are engaging, personal, and meaningful. As a writer myself, I understand the vulnerability and joy that come with creative expression. My lessons are a space where students can feel safe to experiment, make mistakes, and develop confidence—whether they’re tackling a school assignment, preparing for exams, writing a poem, or crafting a personal story. I love weaving elements of literature into creative writing and showing how the two can enrich each other. When I’m not teaching, I’m usually reading, journaling, researching mythology and ecofeminism, or discovering new voices in Irish poetry and contemporary fiction. I’m especially passionate about storytelling that connects to nature, identity, and empowerment—and I bring that spirit into every class.
