About Abdul Rehman
I grew up in Saudi Arabia and finished memorising the Quran at the age of 13. I went on to do an engineering degree and a master's in project management. However, psychology and life coaching have always been a passion of mine. I have found that the Quran for me personally has been an amazing source of protection and inspiration. Allah says in this book is guidance for those who are God conscious. He also says that He guides the believers from darkness into light. It is these principles that inspired me to use the Quran and what it says about the souls and the self, to deep dive how the Quran can be a powerful tool to help the mental health epidemic we find ourselves in. Note: I am not a therapist nor a scholar in any traditional sense. I am simply a brother who has benefited greatly from the word of Allah and wish to inspire a similar kind of love in the hearts of others for the Quran.

I strongly believe that contemplating the word of Allah on an individual level is the solution to the modern epidemic of mental health problems. Whether you’re looking to memorise the Quran, or simply wanting to understand the Quran to implement it in your daily life, this is the place for you. As a hafidh, I can help organising your hifdh routine, but more importantly, the goal here is to contemplate the words of Allah as well. How is this book a source of guidance for me? After all, if God has sent this book down as a guidance, how can I benefit from it? The interactive Quran circles will be filled with amazing insights and wisdom, as well as stories, centred around pivotal questions such as, how can I implement this in my life? Note: this is not an alternative to therapy, nor is this an alternative to classical scholarship. This is simply, an attempt to establish a relationship with the book of Allah
