About Ritika
I am Ritika Tyagi, on the other hand, a certified group fitness trainer adept at designing enjoyable, effective schedules that can be easily modified to meet individual needs and limitations and that also help clients to achieve toned bodies, peaceful minds, and a positive soul. I am a holder of a Master's degree in yoga science. RYS 200 hrs TTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Runner up in State level yoga Asana championship. Played woodball at state level. I like to let members connect the breath with the movements of the body to become more aware of themselves.
