Cassandra is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had. She is constantly doing things to create an engaging and effective practice for her clients. Her knowledge of yoga and the body is incredible and her passion for helping other people reach their potential is ever-present.
Cassie is one of the best yoga teachers I've had the honor of taking classes with. She consults her students as to their needs and recognizes different levels of experience and strength by providing helpful modifications and instruction. Her classes are always fresh, and excellent for gaining both flexibility and strength.
