I have an advanced Diploma in classical yoga and yoga therapy. I specialize in offering classes to ladies 40 plus to alleviate issues dealt with due to perimenopause and beyond. I teach yin Yoga, roll and release too.

My teaching method is individualized, gentle and supportive.
We start with gentle limbering and progress to gentle asanas, breathwork, pranayama then relaxation.
if it is required I can teach any type of yogic philosophy or lead you in Yoga Nidra or meditation.

Claire is a fantastic teacher. She cares for her students and teaches an enjoyable and achievable yoga routine. She is fantastic at incorporating new techniques as well as the familiar stretches to make the class mentally stimulating as well as good for the body. Claire is great at gently encouraging improvement and not making the student feel like they are unfit or unsuited to the class. She practices being kind and gentle to our souls. I really enjoy her classes as do my 2 children and really look forward to going each week, especially to the meditation section at the end. Claire's voice is very calming and reassuring and she is an excellent Yoga teacher.
Claire Voce has helped me gain confidence in my yoga practice during class. She has a fun nurturing approach towards her students and spend enough time before and during lessons to truely understand specific needs. Claire is a wonderful yoga teacher and I would recommend her to anyone who loves yoga.
