About So
I am a Yoga teacher - I studied several forms through several teachers staying 3 years between Bali and India. My journey took me to the path of Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Pranayama. I help people find a regular practice for them because each person is unique and has a focused need. After an Ayurvedic assessment, I will help the participant to create a series adapted to his body and mind in order to pursue Sadhana in the long run. I can also teach in a group, in a Zen and relaxing atmosphere. I regularly give workshops on yoga
