About Anna
Anna is a 200 CYT through Moksha Yoga Center with 10 years experience. Anna specializes in classical authentic yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga, & Tantra Yoga. Complementing Anna's expertise as a yoga teacher, she is also a Mindvalley certified life coach & hypnotherapist.
Anna came to yoga after overcoming hard drug addiction. She was looking for things to aid in her self-development and personal growth, which yoga addresses. Anna quickly fell in love with yoga and jumped into her first yoga teacher training in 2014. As a certified yoga teacher, Anna has studied under some of the most respected master teachers in the industry, honing her skills and developing a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Anna applies this knowledge and experience to every class, creating an environment that is supportive, engaging, and transformational!
In addition to teaching yoga, Anna is also a skilled transformational life coach and a Mindvalley certified hypnotherapist. In her practice Anna uses the tools of yoga, nutrition, hypnosis, coaching, and energy work creating a holistic approach that addresses the being of individuals. Anna works with individuals to decrease stress, optimize health, and elevate consciousness to permanently overcome limitations while developing the confidence and clarity needed to live a life in alignment with their truth! By helping clients tap into their inner wisdom and cultivate mindfulness, Anna inspires them to face their fears, dream big, and never ever give up!
With a focus on alignment, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, & energetics, Anna’s classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Through the practice of yoga, she believes that students can cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them, leading to greater self-awareness, compassion, and overall well-being!
