About Victoria Elisabeth
I started practicing yoga in June 2017, and took Hatha yoga teacher training (200h) at Tønsberg yoga January-June 2020. I have experience from all yoga styles, but only teach hatha yoga for which I have a diploma. I have taught informally in groups and one-on-one. Yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways. I have learned stress management, become more flexible, positive and present. Doing yoga gives me an inner peace that helps me cope with everyday life in the best possible way. As a yoga teacher, I want to pass on the wonderful tool that yoga is.

About the lesson

The class has this order:
- Relaxation (experiencing inner peace, getting renewed energy)
- Breathing exercises (ventilating the lungs, increasing the energy (prana), balancing our two nervous systems, getting better balance in the endocrine system that has to do with our hormones and our mood, and will help us get in emotional balance).
- Sun salutation (warm-up) - Asanas (physical exercises on the mat that will strengthen the body, heart, promote good digestion, etc.)
- Final relaxation
Everyone can practice yoga, but feel free to tell me in advance if you are a beginner, or if you have a lot experience with yoga.
I will adapt the class to your level and needs. If you are a group, I will teach in a way where everyone feels seen and taken care of. You are very welcome to contact med if you have any questions, or to book a yoga class

Gått kurs hos Victoria i Slottsparken. Kan anbefales! Hun er behagelig og legger til rette for den enkelte sitt nivå.
Jeg vil anbefale Victoria som yogainstruktør. Hun har et stort engasjement og gjør yogatimen interessant og lærerik. Hun legger undervisningen til rette for det nivået hver enkelt elev er på.
