About Marta
I am a federated Yoga and Fitness teacher as well as a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. I have completed my training with a sports nutrition course and several workshops related to health and well-being. I have done my training in Spain, the USA and Sweden, where I have also been working for the last 3 years as a Hot Yoga professional. I offer a wide range of classes and styles, adapted to the needs of each client.

I use a variable and flexible methodology that adjusts to the needs and physical conditions of each person, as well as to achieve the desired goals, whether they are health, weight loss, gain strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress ... there are so many methods like bodies. I also combine techniques from different styles of Yoga: Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin, Myrrh, etc. making each session a unique and unrepeatable experience.
