About Maureen
Sportswoman, I recently graduated in India for the 200hrs teacher training. Yoga has become a real passion of mine and it is a pleasure for me to teach it.

I base my lessons on the knowledge I have received in India. I follow a classic structure for my lessons while bringing my personality : creative and challenging lessons. With my knowledge in anatomy and philosophy of yoga, I bring you a sporty and spiritual practice while ensuring your safety. I always try to bring creativity to my classes, which are focused on muscle building and also cardio. I also attach a particular importance to meditation at the start and end of the course. I am taking my first steps on this website but I already have many courses to my assets by webcam and live. Namaste and see you soon

Maureen est une superbe prof de vinyasa Yoga.
J'ai fait beaucoup de classes avec elle et à chaque fois les flows et les postures étaient différentes.
J'ai adoré suivre ses cours qui sont très dynamiques!
