About NIDHI
An architect turned yoga teacher with 500 hrs. of yoga training (RYT 500) from Amrutha Bindu Yoga school, Yoga Alliance, USA. I have more than 3500 hrs. of teaching experience working with individuals having PCOD, Diabetes, High BP and other lifestyle related disorders.

Believe that LOVE, COMPASSION and ACCEPTANCE is the true healer of all! I have been trained in customizing practices for individuals needs to help them understand and manage their physical and mental limitations. Coming from the Satyananda yoga tradition, I believe Yoga is a way of life and adopting smaller practices through the day is a good way to reconnect with our being- body, breath, mind and beyond. Service being my core belief, I intend to help people in any way possible using the skills that I have mastered. Trained extensively in asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and dharana practices from authentic sources, I have worked with diverse range of students. If you don’t see me teach, you would probably see me practicing Yoga, Taichi, painting sketching and taking
long walks!
