About Nora
I am a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic yoga massage therapist, with a degree in Food Studies and Nutrition.
With over 10 years of dedicated practice, I am passionate about helping and inspiring others towards living a healthier and more fulfilled way of life.
I specialize in Hatha flow yoga and aim to make each class suitable for varying levels, from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners.
Qualifications:
- 100-hour Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, Patanjali Yoga Foundation, Rishikesh, India
- 300-hour Yoga Alliance Hatha and Ashtanga Teacher Training , Anadi Yoga Centre, Rishikesh, India
- 200-hour Yoga Alliance Hatha and Ashtanga Teacher Training, Rishikesh Yog Peeth, Rishikesh, India
- Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (QCF), HFE, London , UK
- Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapy Level 1-4, AYM UK

In my classes I encourage growth on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, and draw inspiration from various philosophical and spiritual disciplines.
My general teaching style incorporates asana (physical postures) practice with modification and progression options to suit individual abilities, as well as pranayama (breathing) and relaxation techniques.
