About Carina
Carina is a dedicated Yogini and somatic therapist who lives and breathes yoga—having experienced the benefits of yoga to heal anxiety and OCD. Carina trained in Táraka Yoga and Yoga Therapy (750+ hours) and has been helping others experience the healing powers of yoga for more than eight years. Carina’s yoga journey led her to connect with the divine feminine, which allowed her to claim her autonomy and experience freedom. Carina was then called to hold women’s spaces to support other women so they could also find their independence and freedom.
Carina complimented her yoga training by gaining a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Carina also facilitates well-being workshops and retreats. Carina’s approach is inclusive, curious and compassionate; she provides a space to be genuinely seen and honoured for the light that you are.

The sessions are tailored to your unique needs, combining intuitive and scientific knowledge and yoga techniques to promote more alignment, empowerment, and connection. Carina uses a holistic approach that combines talking and movement therapy to help you manage physical and/or mental challenges. After assessing your needs, Carina will develop a personalized sequence of asanas (postures), breathing exercises, and meditation for you to practice.
Carina believes that Yoga is for everyone and every body. During your first session, she will get to know you better and understand your current situation, goals, and how she can assist you. Together, you'll work to overcome any obstacles that might be hindering you from feeling fulfilled and happy, whether you prefer verbal or physical guidance. If you're looking for a personalized approach to your Yoga practice, the 1:1 Yoga sessions may be perfect for you.
