About Kyle
Yoga rescued me from crippling back pain and sparked a fascination with the connection between body, mind, and breath. I went from being bed bound and having to retrain myself how to sit in a chair to being able to train every single day while feeling great. With 7 years teaching experience and a 500-hour IYA certification, I blend this personal journey with my background as a biomechanical therapist and performer to offer classes that are safe, effective, and deeply rewarding. My goal is to help every student feel confident, empowered, and fully supported in their practice.

I teach with a focus on flow and ease, guiding students to soften into the practice rather than forcing positions or outcomes. My methodology is inspired by the water path, helping the body and mind move naturally, release tension, and find balance. Lessons are completely flexible in length, from short 30-minute sessions to full-hour or longer practices, tailored to your needs and schedule. I am a 500-hour IYA certified yoga teacher with 7 years of experience and have spent the past 8 months in the Himalayas leading yoga teacher trainings. My background as a biomechanical therapist allows me to guide students safely, focusing on alignment, movement efficiency, and overall wellbeing. I teach all ages and levels. For children, lessons are playful and engaging, incorporating animal archetypes, fun breathwork, and imaginative movement, while adult sessions combine mindful movement, breath, and subtle anatomy-based adjustments to deepen the practice. Every class is personalised, aiming to build confidence, strength, flexibility, and calm while keeping the practice enjoyable, empowering, and accessible.
