The teaching is based on the principles of yoga, but each lesson is unique and tailored to the student’s needs. With a large toolbox of exercises, the practice can be enriched when needed with mobility, physiotherapy, or calisthenics-based strengthening. A session can be relaxing, focusing on breathing, grounding, and balance, or dynamic, with a continuous rhythm for detoxification and stress relief — all fully adapted to the student.

Η Κοραλλία είναι ότι καλύτερο μπορεί να σου συμβεί για δασκάλα γιόγκα!! Δια ζώσης είτε online οι οδηγίες της είναι πάντα ξεκάθαρες και η πρακτική της εξαιρετική!! Πάντα διαθέσιμη να βοηθήσει να βελτιωθείς και να διορθώσει την πρακτική σου με όμορφο και σωστό και επαγγελματικο τρόπο, δίνοντας εξίσου σημασία και καθοδήγηση σε όλους αλλά και προσαρμόζοντας τεχνικές για τις ανάγκες και το επίπεδο στο μαθητή!
Η Κοραλία είναι τέλεια στη δουλειά της! Έχει απίστευτη μεταδοτικότητα και πραγματική αγάπη για τη γιόγκα. Μέσα από τα μαθήματα μας έμαθα να αγαπώ τη γιόγκα και να συνδέομαι περισσότερο με το σώμα μου. Δημιουργεί μια υπέροχη, ήρεμη ατμόσφαιρα και σε βοηθά να εξελιχθείς με φυσικό τρόπο. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
Η Korallia αγαπά πραγματικά τη διδασκαλία και χαίρεται να βοηθά τους μαθητές της να μαθαίνουν με τον δικό τους ρυθμό. Είναι υπομονετική, κατανοητική και προσπαθεί πάντα να προσαρμόζει τον τρόπο που διδάσκει στις ανάγκες του κάθε μαθητή. Δημιουργεί ένα ευχάριστο και υποστηρικτικό κλίμα στο μάθημα, ώστε οι μαθητές να νιώθουν άνετα, να αποκτούν αυτοπεποίθηση και να εξελίσσονται.
Η Κοραλλία είναι μια δασκάλα γιόγκα με πραγματικά βαθιά γνώση και πολύ grounding ενέργεια. Σε κάνει να νιώθεις άνετα από το πρώτο λεπτό, εξηγεί τα πάντα με απλότητα και καθοδηγεί με τρόπο που σε βοηθά να εξελίσσεσαι χωρίς πίεση. Κάθε μάθημα έχει ουσία και φεύγεις πάντα λίγο πιο ήρεμη, πιο δυνατή και με μια μικρή νίκη για τον εαυτό σου. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
