About Elodie
I have been practicing and studying Yoga & meditation (all kinds) for + 10 years, first personally then professionally. I am passionated about those techniques and I want to share them as much as possible, to support each motivated person towards his/her goal :)
I have been teaching to beginners as well as experienced people all around the world, and I am certified in Yoga Multistyle (Yoga Alliance), as well as a Reiki & Shamanism practitioner.

Do you feel disconnected from your feminine energy?
The sacred feminine is your life energy. The one that allows you to create, to be connected to your intuition, your sensuality, your body, your emotions ... and to live your life according to your rhythm and in accordance with the cycles of Nature.
I offer you individual sessions at a distance, in order to discover, reconnect and maintain your sacred feminine energy.
This physical, energetic and emotional routine will allow you to be present to yourself, to develop your listening to yourself and to improve your relation to your senses and to your body, during this particular period.
My sessions are centered and created for you: your body, your mind and your soul.
Depending on your background (injuries or other) and what you want to develop (relationship to the body, intuition, emotions ...) my sessions will support you in this direction and will take place as follows:
- 10 minutes: intention, centering and gentle warm-up,
- 40 minutes: practice of asanas,
- 10 minutes: personalized meditation including pranayama (breathing exercise), closing.
The practice of yoga opens up many possibilities:
- The body: Flexibility, muscle strengthening, movement.
- The mind: Stress reduction, mindfulness, visualization.
- The Soul: Explore your essence, connect with yourself.
Types of Yoga practiced: Yin, Vinyasa (Slow Flow).
Privileged audience: beginners and experienced.
