I am deeply committed to supporting others on their journey to wellness and look forward to guiding you on your path to radiant health and inner balance.
In addition to teaching yoga postures and sequences, I place a strong emphasis on incorporating yoga philosophy into my classes, helping students cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Through the exploration of ancient wisdom teachings, I aim to inspire personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual awakening.

Hello, I'm Aanya, a seasoned yoga instructor with a passion for guiding others on their journey to inner peace and holistic wellness. With over seven years of experience, I specialize in various fields of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and yoga philosophy.
My journey into the world of yoga began over a decade ago when I embarked on a quest for self-discovery and inner harmony. Inspired by the ancient teachings of yoga philosophy, I immersed myself in the study of its principles, seeking to integrate them into my daily life and practice.
As my passion for yoga deepened, I pursued extensive training and certification to become a qualified yoga instructor. Over the past seven years, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise with students from all walks of life, guiding them through transformative experiences on and off the mat.
My teaching style is rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Whether leading a dynamic Vinyasa flow or guiding a meditative Kundalini practice, I strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore their practice and connect with their inner wisdom.
