About Gresillon
I begin in the teaching of yoga. Thus, my courses are not based on long years of teaching practice, but on passion in the matter. I taught yoga to some acquaintances, in order to allow them to discover this practice and to make them share my passion.

I am a young Yoga enthusiast and I would like to teach it, to pass this passion on to my neighbor. I am smiling, passionate, sociable and dynamic. My classes are for anyone who would like to learn yoga, whether it is through curiosity or passion. No matter the level, beginner as big followers. My classes are adaptable according to the wishes and needs of my students, I adapt according to the person. So I can offer Vinyasa yoga classes or simply yoga relaxation sessions. Having lived in India for several years, I had the chance to have a different yoga approach to the West, and I want to be able to transmit and share it.
