About Lydie
Yoga teacher for all, with significant experience in health. Formerly an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine coach, I help you develop a feel-good and helpful yoga practice. These experiences, in addition to my engineering spirit, allow me to deepen with you the roots of your imbalances. Understanding better how you use your body during the sessions allows you to regain power in order to learn how to better use your body to feel vibrant, healthy and at peace. Your body, inhabited with more awareness and wisdom, becomes your best ally to create your most beautiful aspirations. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and I have been teaching for 2 years. Teaching is very fulfilling for me, and I'm confident that practicing with me will make you fall in love with yoga and with yourself!

Whether it is to restructure your body with chronic pain, for your nervous system through chronic stress, to get in shape or for a specific health problem (digestion, fertility, pregnancy, headaches...), private yoga classes can help you reconnect with your body and feel better. I am always listening to your needs in order to guide you in the way that suits you on the day we meet, to leave you vibrant and peaceful. My teaching practice is varied and I have a clientele of all levels. A typical lesson goes like this: 1. Welcome, cup of tea, assessment of your current condition + objectives 2. Warm-up 3. Exploration of postures in a logical order for your personal practice according to your needs 4. Flow to the rhythm of your body. Alternation of effort and rest in the quest for a meditative state and movement that rebalances. 5. Postures of integration. 6. Integrating the yoga practice in your daily life.
