Online Class - I will perform 1 hour class, to group or individual. In 1 hour, I will guide you on Pranayama (breathing techniques), warmups, sun salutations, asanas, yoga nidra (Relaxation), meditation.
I will also include stretches and asanas, to treat any ailment, as per student's requirement. I will ensure, you perform yoga mindfully, so that you are united with oneself.
