About Renuka
I am Renuka and have been involved in Yoga from more than 20 years now. I hold a degree as a Yog shikshika from Pune with an incredible score. Students from various parts of Maharashtra and Karnataka have participated in my sessions and gained knowledge and solutions to their problems. More than 300 people participated in Yoga shibir in 2007 and 2019 in small towns in Maharashtra where importance of yoga was focused by me.

My teaching method depends on students and their issues that they want to overcome. I don't believe in rushing and provide solutions calmly so to get better results in most optimum way. Actively taking sessions for individual as well as group sessions in online and offline form both.
I train from proper breathing techniques to high level pranayama. I teach three types of Suryanamaskar in the most easy way.Providing solutions to your problems from backache to spondylitis, frozen shoulder, Thyroid, Varicose veins and many others as per your need. Medium of Instruction : Marathi
