I am a Yoga instructor and teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative styles of Yoga. I have been teaching since 2015, in person and online.
My flow classes are based around flowing breath-directed movements while always giving attention to the therapeutic principles of each asana. I aim to find the balance between effort and ease, strength, and softness. Helping not only to improve strength, flexibility, and balance but to come away feeling at peace and inspired.
I also guide Yin and Restorative Yoga, where we really slow down, restore, and re-charge. Calming the nervous system.
I encourage intuitive movement, guiding people to move in harmony with their own bodies and needs. I aim to create a supportive, environment in my classes where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. I feel I specialise with people who are new to yoga and want to be a little more gentle with their bodies and minds.
