About Regina
Just graduated from the International Relations Degree
Since 2018, I began the yoga career and in 2020 I began the 200-hour certification. In September 2020 I finished my 200 hour Certified Chair Yoga certification and currently pursuing certification in restorative yoga and yin yoga.

My classes are different each session, with different approaches, themes and challenges. The only thing I like to keep the same is the warm-up of the body since I consider it super important to prepare all the muscles before entering the postures.
