About Valentina
Yoga has been a big part of my lite for the last 8 years. I used to give classes to my colleagues on the cruise ship where I worked before I chose to teach yoga professionally. With a physically and mentally challenging job (10h/day for 22 days in a row) it was much needed for both body and mind!
Since January 2019 I've been in Bali, teaching at hotels as well as private classes.

I am a certified yoga teacher with focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flow, meditation and deep relaxation. In my classes we learn the importance of muscle engagement and stability to avoid too much stress on our joints. We also practice Pranayama, breathing exercises, to better get to know your body-mind connection.

I highly recommend Valentina! Been in her classes both in Sweden and Bali! Shes calm, very connected and always makes me feel more mindful and energetic after her classes.
Gjort flera onlineklasser för Valentina. En av dom bästa yogalärarna jag vet, super bra närvaro fastän onlineklasser. Så smidigt att kunna göra klasser var jag än befinner mig!
Valentina is my favourite yoga teacher of all time. She has taught me some of the finer inner energetic practices of yoga and has opened a whole new world for me. I always look forward to my next session with her. Thank you, V!
