About Hayley
I've been practising yoga for around 10 years, first gravitating towards it as a safe space away from diet culture and moving my body as a means of burning calories, then learning more about the history, origins, philosophy and the more holistic benefits it had to offer.
I completed my 200hr training in 2022 at OrangeYoga in Cheltenham, and since then have undertaken training in restorative yoga, children's mindfulness and yoga and mandala flow.
I love helping people to discover all of the benefits and lessons yoga has to teach, and pride myself on creating safe, calm spaces for practice.

About the lesson

1-2-1 or small group sessions focusing on meditation and movement to support better mental health at all levels.
We can start with foundational yoga, and identify where you would benefit most - if it's moving meditation, I'll focus on vinyasa style flows, if you prefer stillness and moments of rest and pause, I'll create more restorative practices.
200 hr Yoga Alliance certified, 50hr Children's yoga and mindfulness trained.
