About Kaylee
Completing a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA and an MA in Applied Linguistics gave me the tools to help people move better. Does your chair-bound life leave you feeling stiff or sore? I began teaching after recovering from back pain caused by sitting at a desk all day. My work focuses on students who struggle with neck and back tension.
After 7 years of teaching, I understand how to blend mindfulness with physical structure. Results are best when you leave feeling a little steadier than when we started.

Relaxing into a new routine makes yoga accessible for you. You will find that these movements are designed specifically for those with desk-related pain. I use my 7 years of experience to offer injury-safe modifications for every body.
Breath control or pranayama helps you wind down after a long day of work. Warm-up sequences are carefully structured to release deep tension.
My background in yoga therapy ensures that your safety is the primary goal. Prenatal students often find these slow movements provide significant comfort. Expect to leave the mat with a calm nervous system and a lighter spine.
