About Navneet
I've been practising Yoga for 13 years and have a wealth of knowledge on this beautiful practice. I reached out to begin this practice when I was going through a dark time in my life, and Yoga, along with Meditation and other Self-Help practices helped me beyond measure. It is my greatest joy in life to share the tools that have brought me into alignment with my highest self, my true purpose. This is why I believe I'm here on Earth! So... I would love to share with you and guide you through your journey, in coming back to yourself!

In our 1-2-1 sessions (online), we will focus on where you're at emotionally, physically and spiritually. We will use sacred Yoga postures, Breathing, Meditation and other healing modalities to work through, release and overcome any blockages you might have. These sessions can be used for deep healing work, to exercise, or to simply find relaxation and comfort. The classes will be tailored entirely to you. You can book single sessions or to encourage consistency, you can bulk book, e.g. x4 sessions for 1 month. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me! :) I look forward to hearing from you! With love, Nav

Navneet is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person who wants to see her students succeed. She tailors her interactions with students to accommodate their learning style. Tell Navneet what areas you want to improve in, and she will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Could not recommend her highly enough!
I believe Navneet is an incredible English teacher as she is the most patient person I have ever met. Her patience is an absolute testament to her kind and compassionate nature. She listens with great care and attention and her ability to find ways to encourage growth in others is exceptional. I believe she will excel her students with ease, and inspire them to strive towards the best possible outcomes in their lives. She is dedicated, honest, trustworthy and incredibly hard working. I offer this recommendation with the highest form of praise and confidence.
Navneet has taught me a lot about grammar and punctuation to help improve my speech and writing in English. Without her help, I would not be as confident in my English as I am today. Her teaching method is simple and extremely easy to follow. I trusted her completely to teach me to speak and write in a correct manner and she delivered great results.
Navneet is a friendly and kind individual and is especially easy to get along with.View more recommendations
