I’m passionate about guiding you on your yoga journey and gaining confidence in your English yoga practices.
Are you ready to take your yoga skills to a higher level?
Let Enga guide you on your way.
If you feel lost in your English yoga practices, and insecure about your communication with your fellow yogis, or if you want to learn more about yoga than just ‘asana’, but don’t know where to start; we help you become the confident and autonomous English yoga practitioner, and/or yoga teacher you want to be.
As a fanatic language learner, English teacher, and yoga instructor myself, I recognize how difficult it can be to make yourself understood in another language.
Pronunciation, vocabulary, new expressions: they’re all part of gaining fluency and confidence. Especially when learning the language of yoga in English: this isn’t an easy task.
But, I’ve been there: I studied hard, made mistakes, forced myself to try even when I felt unsure. I struggled.
But, I can promise you now, after years of experience of committed learning… ¨Practice, and all will come¨.

Enga is an online learning platform for non-native English speaking yogis and yoga teachers.
We help you grow as a modern yogi by developing your understanding of the yoga philosophy, history, and eight limbs of yoga in English. On the platform, you can learn about a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from your asana (physical) practice, to pranayama (breathing) practices, meditation, the yogi lifestyle, mindset, chakras, yoga medicine, nutrition, and much more.
With a new theme every month, we focus on the language of yoga in English. Focussing on a theme will help deepen your understanding of each topic, and gain confidence in your practice and communication with your fellow yogis or students.
Enga is a great tool to develop your understanding of yoga and secure its place in your life, get prepared for yoga teacher training, or broaden your knowledge as a non-native English yoga teacher.
Gain confidence, learn how to speak about yoga related topics, practice (or teach) yoga in English, whether it be online or around the globe, and expand your network of yogis by sharing your new knowledge and skills.
