I'm Gripson Babu from Kerala, a certified yoga teacher with over 7+ years experience. My qualifications include: Sivananda TTC & ATTC, Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa 300 hr RYT from yoga with sreenatha, Ayurvedic Nutrition and dietician Diploma, Mindfulness Mantra and Chakra Meditation.
