About François
I started teaching yoga in 1989 and I started teaching in Lyon in 2007. I ran for more than 1,000 students and trained yoga teachers, more than 150 people to meditative practice. Through teaching yoga I accompany people who simply want to relieve stress. For those who wish to go further and who aspire to a stable Happiness I share my experience through philosophical teachings, practice meditation, deepening immersion trips to India.

Welcome everyone! I François Yogesh and I talk to working people who want to relieve stress with one session per week in my yoga class in Lyon Part Dieu. You can find all my videos on youtube channel "yoga lyon". My yoga classes being in the center of Lyon, I offer this option that allows you to benefit from a flat annual subscription that includes: - the opportunity to participate in a weekly class (excluding school holidays) - a member area with many additional resources such as a free month for a close of your choice, an exclusive video to develop his physical and mental health, video tutorials to better understand yoga have all the precision necessary for your practice sessions videos to practice when you miss a class, the member of the guide etc ... Overall this annual flat-rate subscription amounts to 9 € uro the hour of yoga! If you want to get private lessons (1 to 3 people), classes are held in the district of daybreak in Lyon 5th and the price is 90 € per hour. François est une personne qui sort des sentiers battus ... J'étais venu m'inscrire à des cours de yoga en 2013 simplement pour m'accorder un moment de relaxation et de détente une fois par semaine... Au delà du bien être incroyable ressenti grâce à ces séances hebdomadaires, l'attitude de François et sa philosophie de vie m'ont encouragé à aller plus loin et j'ai suivi une formation complète pour apprendre la méditation... cette formation a révolutionné ma vie, je suis désormais plus lucide, plus détendu et plus efficace au quotidien; même mes relations se sont améliorées aussi bien a u travail qu'à la maison. J'ai également découvert que François était largement reconnu en Inde dans la tradition du yoga. Avec tout cela, je ne peux évidemment que vous recommander François!
