About Sylvie
Classes follow the standard format of a ballet class, with combinations tailored to the students' capabilities and focus on areas where the potential for growth is most evident.
Posture and accuracy of movement are addressed anatomically. To understand where in the body a movement is initiated is crucial for its execution.
My teaching methodology also helps improve the self-esteem of students, making classes a successful learning experience.

Develop ballet skills faster using yoga as foundation, learning at your own pace in a positive environment. Classes build on the strength students bring to class and use yoga asanas to gain additional strength, balance and flexibility. I stress rhythm and musicality as well as technique and performance skills.
