About Jen
I’m a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher with over eight years’ experience supporting adults, children, and families. My intention is to bring a sense of calm, connection, and grounding within busy daily life, offering one-to-one support that helps individuals and families reconnect with themselves and each other. Through flowing movement and breath-led practices, I support presence, strength, and emotional wellbeing, while child and family sessions gently weave in fun, playfulness, and creativity to build confidence and connection.

My approach is supportive, engaging, and adaptable, with a strong focus on wellbeing, confidence, and connection through movement. I teach yoga and mindfulness using dynamic yet accessible sequences, breath awareness, and relaxation, helping students build strength, mobility, and calm in a balanced way. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, with flexibility to suit individual needs. I’m a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher with over 8 years’ experience, and have the following qualifications: 200hr RYT Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, 95hr RCYT Yoga, and Parent & Baby training. Sessions are suitable for all levels and are tailored for adults, children, and families, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
