I conduct these services as per the requirement of the student by: -Assessing the student's needs and goals. What are they struggling with? What do they want to achieve? -Creating a personalized plan that combines modern psychology and ancient yogic techniques. This plan may include a combination of CBT, meditation, EFT, yoga, and other modalities. -Guiding the student through the plan, providing support and encouragement along the way. -Monitoring the student's progress and making adjustments to the plan as needed. By combining modern psychology and ancient yogic techniques, can help students achieve well-being goals and live happier, healthier lives.
