I have practiced yoga since 1980 and teaching since 1998 in various places such as UNAM, UPIICSA, ExpressGym Sta. Fe, Hotel Novotel Sta. Fe, Module Dip. Dunia Ludlow in Centro Historico, in various meditation centers, schools Dance, Sports and gyms Condesa del Valle, Narvarte, Rome, Coapa; Viveros Coyoacan, with development results being, health and culture desestress, benefits of meditation on various individuals and improving quality of life.
