About Eleonora
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher, I have been practicing Meditation and Yoga for twenty years and I have been teaching for five years. I teach Yoga integral and I can conduct lessons in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, I also conduct prenatal Yoga courses and accompaniment at birth and personalized paths of therapeutic Yoga and self-healing. I am experienced in Psycho-Motivational Relaxation and Stress Management. I am also a Professional & Life Coach and I help my students through an integrated and transversal path of awareness, physical, emotional and mental.

My Yoga classes are fun and active, but always with great attention to the alignment of the body and the awareness of the breath, the importance of relaxation and meditative practice. I work globally for the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit and sometimes I prepare lessons on specific areas of physical improvement (elongation, strengthening, muscle tone, postural disorders, respiratory disorders, anxiety, depression, panic attack, etc .) and personal improvement: self-esteem, balance, pursuit of inner joy, deep relaxation, improvement of relationships, etc. I am qualified as a Professional & Life Coach, and I am trained to help my clients, whether they are private individuals or company teams, in personal and professional development and to achieve their goals. I also teach and teach Japanese Yoga techniques, called "Ki-no-renma", aimed at enhancing the senses, particularly indicated for the improvement of martial arts and combat, concentration and general health.

Mi sono rivolto ad Eleonora per un problema di ansia correlato ad uno stato di stress accumulato sul lavoro. Stiamo eseguendo insieme un lavoro di esercizi di Yoga volti a correggere uno squilibrio a livello di alcuni Chakra. I risultati naturalmente non sono stati istantanei,ma dopo 4 mesi ho potuto con grande piacere riscontrare notevoli miglioramenti e benefici,sono riuscito a controllare meglio le mie emozioni e ho imparato ad osservare la paura senza spaventarmi eccessivamente. Eleonora si caratterizza per estrema professionalità,competenze,affidabilità,puntualità e organizzazione in un suo metodo rigoroso. I prezzi non sono alti ma consoni e proporzionati con l'eccellente qualità del suo lavoro e delle sue capacità. La consiglio vivamente per chi presentasse necessità simili alle mie.
