About Jeanne
Dancer, dance and yoga teacher for several years, I like to take the time to observe the bodies and to accompany each person in their correct body posture. Yoga and meditation are great allies in my everyday life. They offer wonderful postures and breathing techniques, among other things, to feel good in your body and in your life.

Having practiced with different yoga teachers, being also a holder of a sophrology diploma, I like to offer courses from my years of experience, not to mention a particular style or school. My lessons are quite intuitive, and the exercises according to the abilities and the level of each one. I can also support elderly people with physical pain, as well as young and athletic people. The correct internal movement, the awareness of his body and his breathing, as well as relaxation by the body and the breath, are elements, in my opinion, essential, to the well-being of each one.

View more recommendations
