I am Yoga Alliance qualified Yoga teacher with more than 5 years of experience in teaching. I also have extensive training in meditation and breathwork and bring this into my classes.

About Dani
I was born in Italy and lived there until I was 12. I am half English and half Italian and have lived in the UK for most of my life. I travel frequently back to Italy but also have a strong connection to India, where I completed more recently my 200 hour yoga teacher training in the hills above Dharamsala.
I discovered Yoga in my 20s and have never stopped practising in various ways since. About 20 years ago I started a meditation practice which is rooted in Kashmiri Shivism and became even more curious about the teaching and spiritual practice behind the yoga asana practice.
I teach and run retreats with a friend of mine where I lead the yoga and pranayama.
I am also a leadership consultant, trainer and coach and have been working in organisations for 30 years. I currently run and own a business called the Resonant Leadership Consultancy
My passion for working with people has recently led me going back to training as Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I am one year in.

I bring meaning and purpose into my classes and many of my students say my classes are not just a class focused on the movement and postures.
I start with a theme to the class and whilst I can bring challenging postures into the practice, I take pauses to allow the more subtle and spiritual aspects of the asana to be experienced.
I will also allow time for meditation and breathwork/ pranayama as I see this integral part of yoga.
I bring many years of experience in teaching to how I am in the classes, and I am known for my sensitivity, care and lightness of spirit.
