About Rama
I'm Dr.Rama Vaghmare, a passionate and dedicated oncologist and yogini who believes in the power of a healthy lifestyle to prevent and manage chronic diseases. With a deep understanding of the impact of unhealthy lifestyle choices on our health, I’m on a mission to spread awareness about the benefits of healthy living to everyone she meets.
As an oncologist, I have seen firsthand the devastating effects of cancer on patients and their families. I understand the importance of early detection, timely treatment, and supportive care, but also recognize the critical role that lifestyle choices play in cancer prevention and survivorship.
As a yogini, I have experienced the transformative effects of a regular yoga and meditation practice on her physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She believes that yoga is not just a form of exercise, but a holistic approach to health that promotes balance, inner peace, and self-awareness.
Combining my expertise as an oncologist and her passion for yoga, I have become a powerful advocate for healthy living. I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with others, whether through patient education, community outreach, or social media.
