I started tutoring maths as a side job over 6 years to keep me going through University. Along the way, I realised that I really enjoy connecting with students, helping them solve problems and grow! I have continued to tutor in the evenings now that I am in full time employment.

My approach:
- I like to get hands on with a subject and walk students through a problem like it's a story.
Lesson length:
- I usually take lessons of around 1 hour but I'm happy to consider other lengths.
My qualifications:
- Masters in Mathematics with Computer Science from QUB.
- A* in A level maths.
- 8+ years experience tutoring maths.
What levels to I take:
- Any range up to and including A-Level maths.

Perfect! David was a great help to me when I was studying for my maths gcse, he is engaging and friendly and very easy to speak to. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with a high level of support. He is able to explain things in a clear and in depth way that really helped when I was struggling with a topic, and I would always end up feeling a lot more confident after finishing a lesson. I was resting at a C throughout the year and ended up getting an A* with his help and encouragement, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a maths tutor!!

David was an excellent GCSE tutor. He was incredibly patient with our son and made sure that he fully understood each topic. Our son went from a B to an A* in his gcse in maths due to the tutoring and confidence that David gave him in maths. Our son is autistic and the patient with each topic from David was invaluable. His tutoring was that beneficial that David continued to tutor him in further maths at GCSE in which he also achieved success at grade A.
David's an excellent Maths tutor. I've always struggled with maths. David is brilliant at explaining topics and concepts in a way that is easy to understand. I would definitely recommend!
I highly recommend David, he has a deep understanding of complex mathematical concepts and was able to coach me at a pace I was comfortable with. Keep up the great work David!
David is very patient . He explains everything clearly allowing my child time to understand and adjusts his explanation until it is understood. My child gained a lot of confidence in a subject he was struggling with.
