About Amy
I am passionate about helping children build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed academically. I specialize in supporting students who struggle with math, and foundational learning skills, including children with dyslexia and ADHD. Through individualized instruction and evidence-based approaches, including Orton-Gillingham-based math programs, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where every student can grow at their own pace. I believe every child has the ability to learn and succeed when given the right tools, guidance, and support. My goal is to help students strengthen their skills, gain confidence, and discover their potential as learners.

I begin with an initial quick assessment to determine what concepts need strengthening. Then we will work together to learn concepts and practice them until mastery before moving on. Homework help is also incorporated. The program is highly effective for kids with ADHD or Dyslexia. I can tutor Kindergarten through Highs school math.
