About Laura
I know how hard it is to practically fit into a neurotypical world as well as navigate parenting with a neurodiverse child and helping other parents. The severity of neurodivergence is so overwhelming mixed even when medical professionals often use terms like high functioning when that isn’t always how it feels. My aim is to give support and tools to manage these challenges whilst also aiming to create a safe and welcoming environment to know that there is a community of people that can reflect the world isn’t as neurotypical as it makes out to be.

I have spent 5 years working with students aged 4-19 years old to give them practical skills to develop communication and interpersonal skills within the real world. I am personally AUADHD and spent a large majority of my younger adult years masking to navigate a world that I felt I didn’t quite fit into. After working within a school environment and taking the skills I have honed and developed I am to give practical and functional tools for parents and young people to navigate a neurotypical world whilst being neurodiverse.
