I have faced different challenges throughout my career such as: opening new markets and industries, changing the perception of consumers towards the brand, launching new solutions, increasing the share of wallet in clients, transforming the brand positioning in order to embrace new markets. Accomplishments:
a. From having a market audience conformed by 85% IT – 15% LoB, to 60% IT – 40% Lines of business.
b. Increased share of wallet from 90% ERP to 35% ERP, 35% DB and 30% Line of Business solutions such as HR, CRM, Analytics, Finance and Operations.
c. Helped customers to change their mindset about going to Cloud with SaaS and PaaS
d. Developed and executed online and social media content of the Campaign “Run Like Never Before” which received the award “Marketing Monsters” in 2013.
