About Josh
Was Assistant Head Coach at Narbonne Hogh School
In 13 years as Head Coach we had at least 30 players move on to play NCAA ball
We were always in the League Title hunt, 10 out of 13 years came down to the last game
In 2010 we went to the CIF Finals, first time in school history, lost on last play of game
We won 2 outright League Titles
I've had a Linebacker or Offensive Linemen make All League each year
I've had at least 20 players, almost two a year, that didn't start Varsity until they were Seniors and then became All League Players
It's a process, anything good takes time and lots of patience. But a good work ethic, the ability to learn from failure, and to be open and willing to do what is being asked of you will make you into the player you want to become

California Coaching Certification
Up to date on all new Strength, Conditioning, Speed, and Flexibility Training
I am able to adjust my lessons and my drills at that moment to best benefit the student
I am patient, compassionate, high energy, and persistent
I believe in individualizing instruction to meet each students needs
The thing I'm most proud about is how hard the players always played and the progress they made from the time they started until they finished up with me
My heart goes out to the Big Boys! The Linemen. I don't believe they have the opportunity to get the extra training they need like the other positions do. I also love Teaching Special Teams
I can also help you with what you're coaches are Teaching you without screwing you up
