About Pragash
I'm Pragash, a Warwick graduate and currently work in Finance in London.
I studied Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics at the University of Warwick, one of the UK's leading maths and statistics departments, and went on to complete a master's in management on scholarship. I have since spent five years advising on complex M&A deals, where the most valuable skill turned out to be the same one that makes a good tutor: explaining difficult ideas clearly.
Over the past few years I've tutored and mentored more than 30 students into top UK universities gaining multiple A* grades at A-Level and grade 9 in GCSEs, and I also support students through university admissions processes and job applications.

Every student starts with an initial session. Before covering anything new, I find out precisely where the gaps are.
After that, each lesson follows a simple structure:
A short warm-up revisiting earlier topics, so nothing fades before the exam.
New material taught from first principles. I show you why a method works, not just the steps, so you can handle questions you haven't seen before
Exam-style practice with real past papers and mark schemes, so you learn exactly what examiners reward
A few targeted questions to do before the next session
I track progress after every lesson, and parents get a short update so there are no surprises at mock time.
Lesson length
Lessons are 60 minutes. For Year 13 students, or anyone within a few months of their exams, I recommend 90 minutes, which leaves time for a full exam question under timed conditions.
