About Nancy
I'm a passionate Mathematics educator with over 4 years of experience in both teaching and the Ed-tech industry. I believe that every child has the potential to learn and grow when provided with the right support, encouragement, and environment. To me, conceptual clarity is far more important than rote memorization—students should understand the "why" behind what they are learning. I continuously adapt my teaching methods to suit each student's unique learning style, pace, and confidence level. I view mistakes not as failures, but as valuable opportunities for growth, and I approach them with patience and positivity. Building student confidence and nurturing curiosity are just as essential as covering academic content. I strive to make learning meaningful by using interactive and engaging techniques—whether through real-life examples, visual aids, or open conversations. I believe that a teacher's role goes beyond instruction; a teacher is a mentor who listens, guides, and inspires students toward a lifelong love for learning.
