About David
I am a professional engineer with 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Technology from NIT. Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving, which I now bring into my teaching.
I have a genuine interest in helping students who feel stuck or lack confidence in Mathematics. I believe that with the right guidance and a patient approach, every student can understand and improve. My teaching style is calm, structured, and supportive, ensuring that students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I also have experience volunteering as a tutor for school children in Singapore, where I learned how to simplify concepts and connect with students from different learning backgrounds.
As a tutor, my goal is not just to improve marks, but to help students gain clarity, confidence, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.

My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals in Mathematics, especially for students who find the subject difficult. I explain concepts in a simple and structured way so students understand the logic behind each step instead of memorizing methods.
A typical class includes concept explanation, guided problem-solving, and practice tailored to the student’s level. I give extra attention to weak areas and gradually build confidence through regular revision and exam-focused questions.
I am a professional engineer with 15 years of experience and hold a Master’s degree from NIT. I have also volunteered teaching school children in Singapore, which helped me develop a patient and student-friendly teaching style.
My classes are ideal for school students who want to improve their basics and perform better in exams.
