About Brandon
My name is Brandon Berry and I am from New England. I am a 38-year financial analyst and trader. My journey began at Bentley University where I graduated with a degree in Finance in 2009. Post-grad I worked for Fidelity Investments and spent the majority of my career at Bloomberg LP succeeding in roles across sales and trading. I completed the CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) program while working at Bloomberg and I am a current charterholder. This is the top designation to achieve in this area of study. I take tutoring very seriously, but I also want to make it fun or enjoyable! Other interests: world history, sports (playing/watching), cooking, wellness and biohacking. Personal: I am an uncle to my older sibling's children and this has brought so much additional joy to my life!

I believe every student is different and learns in various ways. Therefore, I take a personalized approach to my teaching based on getting to know my clients. What sets me apart is that I have a proven track record of successful trading/investing with a drive to pass this knowledge along to the younger generation. Lesson plan example: Title: Introduction to Stock Trading Target Audience: Beginners with little to no prior knowledge of finance or stock trading. Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours (Adjustable based on student's pace and questions) Learning Objectives: -Understand the basic concepts of stocks and stock markets. -Learn how to read a basic stock quote. -Identify different types of orders. -Understand the importance of risk management. -Introduce basic research tools. -Begin to understand the difference between investing and trading.
