I believe he is an excellent teacher with a very effective and structured method of teaching. His biggest strength is his high spirit and unfaltering focus which he imbues well in the students to provide them a definite goal and all the planned footsteps to achieve by instilling determination and motivation in them. The thing with chemistry is that it requires practice and motivation most than of all subjects in order to build a strong base and that is the thing he can get any student used to. Hence, he is a talented, patient teacher and the one that a lot can be learned from.
